Hi, I’m the owner of Shear Heaven Spray Tanning and BellaVita• Organic Skin Care, Co-Owner of Shear Heaven Salon, certified spray tan artist, nail and wellness technician. I’ve got 4 years in the beauty/sunless tanning industry, an impeccable work ethic and always a  happy-go-lucky vibe! I’m all about body positivity, supporting small business and giving back to our community!! 

Co-Owning a salon gave me an opportunity to build and work within the community in several ways and allowing my creativity to show within the organic body care items I hand make, bottle, label and design to my passion for empowering others with nails and spray tanning services. Shortly after jumping head first into the beauty world and when I say head first- I became a salon owner prior to going to nail tech school with no experience in the beauty industry. I knew I loved people and wanted to leave them better than I met them and the past fours years that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. 

Shear Heaven Spray Tanning was derived from my mom battling malenoma cancer and providing an alternative care for glowing, bronzed skin while staying sun safe. With this business, I’m able to offer spray tanning, red light therapy, infrared sauna as well as several wellness therapies such as cupping and fascia treatments. 

BellaVita was derived from school and an opportunity for me to provide products that could better help my clients before, during and after their services. I make several products and use them all in my  services. I am most known for my body scrubs and lip balm. 

On a more personal note, I am married and we have two children Jonathan and Jasmine. Our home is filled with sarcastic humor, lots of laughter, sassy attitudes <I’ve got teens> and animals. We love to foster when we can but currently have a full house with 4 dogs and 2 cats. I work extremely hard not only on my own businesses but supporting other small businesses in the community.

Katherine has been a valued part of the spray tan team for one year, and her heart for healing and alignment with our wellness-focused mission make her an incredible part of our community.

Katherine rents a suite inside Shear Heaven Salon, where she offers her services through Blissful Relaxation LLC. She is a licensed esthetician and massage therapist, bringing a calm, intentional approach to every client experience.

She is deeply dedicated to self-care and body positivity and is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where all bodies receive the love, care, and wellness they deserve.

Spray Tan Artist & Wellness Expert

Ricki’s passion aligns perfectly with Bellavita, helping clients feel beautiful, confident, and deeply relaxed.

She is a licensed massage therapist, esthetician, spray tan artist, and a soon-to-be nail tech. Beginning January, Ricki will be starting nail school and will be in the salon Tuesday–Friday from 5:30–8:00 PM, continuing to grow her skill set so she can serve clients in even more ways. Once school is done, she’ll go back to her regular schedule! 

Her goal is to create a space where you can truly unwind, feel amazing, and enjoy a personalized, uplifting experience every single time you visit.

When she’s not taking care of clients, you’ll likely find Ricki enjoying a good coffee, golfing, shopping, hitting the gym, line dancing, or spending quality time with friends and family.
