Hi, I’m Casandra, owner of Bellavita — Spray Tanning, Wellness & Boutique and Shear Heaven Salon, Certified Master Spray Tan Artist, Nail Tech, and Wellness Technician.

My journey into the beauty industry started a little backwards. I became a salon owner before I ever went to nail school, with zero experience in the beauty industry. What I did know was that I loved people, loved creating, and wanted everyone who walked through my doors to leave feeling better than when they came in. Six years later, that’s still at the heart of everything I do. 

Originally, Shear Heaven Spray Tanning was inspired by my mom’s battle with melanoma and my desire to provide a sun-safe alternative for achieving beautiful, bronzed skin without unnecessary UV exposure. What started as spray tanning quickly grew into a passion for overall self-care and wellness giving me the opportunity to offer spray tanning, red light therapy, infrared sauna, cupping, fascia treatments, and other wellness services

Bellavita was born at school, a project designed to create products to better support my clients before, during, and after their services. It’s also become a creative outlet through the organic body care products I personally create, make, bottle, label, and design.

After five years of growing Shear Heaven Spray Tanning and Bellavita alongside one another, the two officially merged into one.

I’m passionate about body positivity, empowering others, supporting small businesses, and giving back to our community. Owning my businesses has given me the opportunity to build relationships within our community, mentor others in the beauty industry, and use my creativity in ways I never imagined when I first jumped headfirst into this world.

On a more personal note, I’m married and a mom of two teenagers. Our home is filled with sarcastic humor, lots of laughter, teenage sass, and plenty of animals.

Spray Tan Artist & Wellness Expert

Ricki’s passion aligns perfectly with Bellavita, helping clients feel beautiful, confident, and deeply relaxed.

She is a licensed massage therapist, esthetician, spray tan artist, and a soon-to-be nail tech. Beginning January, Ricki will be starting nail school and will be in the salon Tuesday–Friday from 5:30–8:00 PM, continuing to grow her skill set so she can serve clients in even more ways. Once school is done, she’ll go back to her regular schedule! 

Her goal is to create a space where you can truly unwind, feel amazing, and enjoy a personalized, uplifting experience every single time you visit.

When she’s not taking care of clients, you’ll likely find Ricki enjoying a good coffee, golfing, shopping, hitting the gym, line dancing, or spending quality time with friends and family.

Her knowledge of fitness and wellness pairs perfectly with Bellavita’s mission of helping you look good, feel good, and take care of yourself from the inside out.
